Galvanic
Just because it sounds like something you heard, is it the same? Did you trip over your influences when you got out of bed this morning? Did you follow the maxim, bad poets borrow, great poets steal? Why do people who write books always have a character who is writing a book in the story? Are your twisted words adequate to explain what you are feeling at this present moment? Do you need help to describe the anxiety or joy that alternates with the beating of a heart rate stimulated by refined sugar? Its cold white crystals of joy that tumble into your morning coffee. How much were the workers paid to harvest the sugar cane? It happened somewhere else which is probably better because if you saw it you might be compelled into action. “Look at where all this talking got us baby” |

Stephen assisted Avril Lavigne in her early development by writing 3 songs for her that were Avril’s first-ever studio recordings. In 2017 Stephen performed on the main stage at the Shelter Valley Folk Festival as a finalist in a songwriitng contest to promote the event.
